1. What flatradar is
flatradar is a research tool, not investment advice. It helps you spot and weigh up listings, but the decisions are yours. Always do your own due diligence.
2. Estimates are indicative
Price estimates, percentages against the market, and AI summaries are estimates derived from available data and may be inaccurate or out of date. They are not a property valuation, nor real-estate, legal, or financial advice.
3. No warranty
The service is provided “as is”, without warranty as to availability or accuracy. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on the tool. Listing content and links belong to their sources.
